I'm Rebecca/Beck/Becky :)
I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I'm so close to being 18 and cancerian (aka. super emotional and awesome).
My goal is to lower my body fat %, gain some lean mean muscle and LOVE MYSELF! I'm losing and gaining the healthy way. I've been doing this for a few years but as of April 2012, I got serious!

Wow! Amazing! I see pictures like this and I’m reminded that even if it feels like it’s taking a while to lose the weight, it’ll still be worth it in the end.

I like Mondays.

I only have class for 2 hours today and that’s at 1:30.

So this morning I’m going to the gym for the first time… ALONE!
Yes, alone. I have had this huge fear of going to the gym alone for as long as i can remember, but today I’m just like “meh”. WAAHOOO!

So today starts my body fat % loss and muscle tone regime.
I’m in one of those “just do it, it’s not even hard, your head is just stupid some days and you like bad food, give it a week your taste buds will be completely different, in the mean time, shut up and do it” moods. I’m enjoying that mood.

Today goes like this:

Gym for 2 hours - HIIT, Arms + Abs.
Get changed - Bus to school
2 hours of Outdoor Ed
Football training for districts on Wednesday
Home to the boyfriend for a couple of hours
